  4. Return the Product: Ship the product along with the return authorization code to the designated address. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is safely returned.
  5. Processing Time: We will process your return request within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and notify you of the return status.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account within 5-10 business days.
